You can measure by HMG4000, the pressures and flows through of pressure sensors signal (1800 Bar / 0 to 5 V) and also gear flowmeters of a Bosch Diesel injection pump.

Yes, but this is a portable device used for troubleshooting. Not really recommended for permanent installation.
