Oh my goodness - I've been saying Navori on Mel would be hilarious, but I wasn't expecting THIS build...I'm looking forward to this.
Also I noticed you had Elise top hovered...I've been playing conquerer Elise top for a while now. Usually the build is something like riftmaker, bloodletter, abyssal mask, frozen heart, and liandry/heartsteal/jak'sho/unending/cosmic depending on what I need. Very fun build where you're insanely tanky, have no cooldowns, and can still do very solid damage.

You should try starting d-blade for ad and lifesteal, it makes the joat much easier to activate

I said this in chat, but this might be a good Mel Jack of all trades build. RoA, Unending Despair, sorc shoes, redemption, then you can cook with flickerblade or nashor's, and riftmaker. RoA and redemption help with mana issues, unending despair gives insane survivability.
If my math is right that build gives 10 stacks for Jack of All Trades with the base 3 items and shoes and if you go flickerblade and riftmaker you get an additional 2 stacks.
