A patio that's not on a toy hauler, yes! I really expected something like this would be longer than the specs, amazing to see what they accomplished in a reasonable size.
They told me they don't want to do the whites for some reason. They are mountain folk and don't want to be in style for some reason. Same thing I can't get the wife to agree due to the 1980s interior look.
I love it and I'm 5'1". I'll bring my stepladder. I would like to see them extend the shower walls up another foot. Also a cabinet big enough to put my trash can in. Also curious if a screen would be available to surround the outdoor patio??
Looks like it's around $125,000. Definitely worth it, but way out of most buyers price. I can afford it, but I wouldn't pay that much for a travel trailer, no matter how well it's built. .
Needs rack and pinion slides flip the couch dinette sides and the big window on camp side, make the fire place counter top same height as kitchen counter and push the sink more towards fire place so you get more counter space
The rear in-floor heat vent is in front of the opening side of the door. When camped I'd want a little rug in front of the door (blocks the vent/possible fire hazard). Can you get a slider that opens on the other side to avoid this? Great floorplan though!
Love this and I think the sliding door will be more secure than the 3-season used in other RVs...I always see outside through them and they seem flimsy and I've heard of leaks with them. Thanks Corin, you rock and you be super excited all you want! I love the lighter walls, finally. Now I wish the floor was a lighter also, or at least a choice of lighter.
No, please, for the love of all that is pure, no. They are a saving grace in the midst of a winter squall. After the furnace shuts off, you can feel heat rising up through the floor with your feet, between those vents, as if the entire walkway from front to rear was a lingering, passive radiator. No.
Yeah, that is a nice benefit. The ducting could still run through the floor, giving that radiant affect, just put the registers in cabinet toe kicks or low on interior walls. On our ORV the registers are in traffic areas and collect constant dirt.
I wonder how long it'll take for the others to copy this. Often, I've thought of a non-toy toyhauler version, in a travel trailer. Killer job. One thing I dont recall seeing. A W/D option. That would be great foring trips or FT living.
They need to get rid of the dinette move the tv in front of the couch on at elevator with the fire place. Then put a table and chairs over by that tv location. Nobody likes neck breaker TV LOCATION. Oh and every 5th wheel toy hauler on the market come with glass climate doors and have for years.
LOVE this trailer!!!!!!!!! Although i feel like they should have raised that counter located above the fireplace to match the kitchen counter. Would help with the lack of countertop room this trailer has (which is one of it's only negatives IMO).
I was too. But after watching MyRvWorks TH-cam on Schwintek Lubrication, applying that method, no issues with our slide. Thats our experience anyway. 🤷🏻♂️
Shwintek slides are fine. The users try opening there slides on unleveled surfaces. That’s why they get bad reviews. These trailers are very well made.
This would be our dream rv. Too bad we live in the northeast, they are not sold in this area. I would have to travel a long way to get one. The only thing this rig is missing is a W/D combo.
There’s a Outdoors RV dealer in Pittsburgh, Pa. or you can get a trucker to deliver one from another dealer by using uShip. There’s also a Northwood RV dealer in Milton, Pa
I’m assuming that the overall length of 31’8” does not include the patio. How much does the patio add to the overall length? This just might be the perfect trailer!
Is the 1500 pound rating on the back patio total or what it can actually hold? I’m not sure if that rating includes the weight of the door or not? If not, what does the ramp/patio weigh? Very nice floor plan. Really like this model.
It's nice they have a lot of storage, but it would have been great if they had made the slideouts taller & put the storage in them so the cabinets wouldn't have to have been so high. Alsi, pull out shelves in the pantry would help, especially since they are so deep.
Wish we had a dealer that actually carried these in Colorado. I’m not saying we don’t have a dealer, but it’d be nice to have a dealer that had them on the lot.
It is a beautiful design. I see only one problem. Many vintage women are choosing to travel alone. The biggest problem insee is having to use a stepstool to reach all of the wonderful cabinets. At 73 years old, and 5 feet tall. I’m a little hesitant to climb even a small stepstool and also I’m only 5 feet tall so it’s gonna be a little difficult. that said it appears to be a wonderful couple or for someone traveling solo who is younger.
It’s nice seeing another manufacturer with a outside patio that isn’t a toy hauler the only other manufacturers that I have seen that have a patio that isn’t a toy hauler is a Brinkley that has two outdoor patio’s Z3400 & A G3250 & then there is a Durango Gold 382 MBQ My question to y’all is why is your color scheme in your rv trailers seems to be so dark with everything it would be nice if y’all would consider changing your color scheme to a light and bright color scheme making the trailers more inviting having a more homey atmosphere instead of a dark and glumly atmosphere but I do like that you’re company did a outdoor patio that wasn’t a toy hauler
Also Open Range Jouneyer 340 has a patio I was also wondering if y’all would consider getting rid of the carpet or interested in knowing what the reason is for having carpet in your trailers also what about concerning a leg less table so that it’s not a knee knocker I do like that y’all add Pendleton woolen mills decor to the trailers it a great touch
Supper nice! I like it. I see a lot of features you would find on a Lance TT. However, this trailer seems a bit nicer. I wonder if there is a connection to Lance?
Hey Corrine, I'm not sure if that is how you spell your name? I hope you're having a great day! I really like this unit, amazing! I like all the over head storage that they give you! The residential sliding door is awesome. If you wanted to put a TV in the living room area where would it go? I do like the fireplace in the living room. I'm glad it comes with the big u- shaped dinette for extra sleeping plus the hide-a- bed sofa. I'm not sure if I would want that or the theater seating. The patio is a game changer because you don't have to buy a toyhauler! I'm glad that all of the Outdoor RV'S are four seasons! I do like that you get auto-leveling on all the titanium series travel trailers and fifth wheels. That is cool that this prototype comes with 1000's watts of solar plus it comes with a generator too, amazing an awesome! My next question what is the biggest propane tanks can you use when traveling? Does the roof ladder fold up against the side of the trailer? Your new fan Leonard Nelson from North Carolina.
This 2025 Back Country 26RPS is a nice TT, but I wouldn’t buy it because it has Schwintek slides. A quality TT like Outdoors should have the rack and pinion slide. I see there is a new slide I think it’s a cable slide that you can use retracted. Which would be a game changer for traveling.. If good. I’d like to see one of these in person. Corrine is always dressed so nice and looks beautiful. Excellent video.
To many ads in video. Let’s boycott products in video ads. Companies pay billions for ads while raising the price of products to pay for these ads for consumers.
Surprised that with the rear patio they didn’t put outdoor speakers at the rear of the trailer to service the patio as well. Other than that looks like a very interesting option to explore
This presenter is knowledgeable, without being annoying or too 'in your face'. She did an outstanding job!
A patio that's not on a toy hauler, yes! I really expected something like this would be longer than the specs, amazing to see what they accomplished in a reasonable size.
I love this woman.
Couldn’t they do this on a regular type back country body, so shorter box height and a smaller patio and door? I’d buy that for sure.
If the dinette was on the camp side, this would be perfect.
You have a good point
And the big window too ❤
Love it..only think missing is the outside kitchen (mini fridge and sink).
Great video! I liked that you showed it with slides in.
Great floorplan! My wife wants one in a modern farmhouse interior. Any plans of brighter interior with cool colors?
They told me they don't want to do the whites for some reason. They are mountain folk and don't want to be in style for some reason. Same thing I can't get the wife to agree due to the 1980s interior look.
I love it and I'm 5'1". I'll bring my stepladder. I would like to see them extend the shower walls up another foot. Also a cabinet big enough to put my trash can in. Also curious if a screen would be available to surround the outdoor patio??
Cool idea, I would never consider an RV with slide outs but its refreshing to see a manufacturer actually think of something new.
Nice trailer. Why the decision to continue using carpet? What’s the MSRP?
Looks like it's around $125,000. Definitely worth it, but way out of most buyers price. I can afford it, but I wouldn't pay that much for a travel trailer, no matter how well it's built.
.
Very nice, love the patio with a real sliding glass door and the fact that it's got a fireplace too!
I've been searching for non-toyhauler patio RV's. This is awesome! Does anyone make something similar in a fifth wheel?
Chaparral 389DEK, Durango Gold G382MBQ and Brinkley Model Z 3400 come to mind.
I think this model is nice but reminds me of those old looking RV styles that reeks the 70s.
Exactly!
I’m very impressed, I really like the ingenuity of design, and ready to learn all the in/out of this model and components.
Needs rack and pinion slides flip the couch dinette sides and the big window on camp side, make the fire place counter top same height as kitchen counter and push the sink more towards fire place so you get more counter space
In the Titanium kit-out, it's perfect!
The rear in-floor heat vent is in front of the opening side of the door. When camped I'd want a little rug in front of the door (blocks the vent/possible fire hazard). Can you get a slider that opens on the other side to avoid this? Great floorplan though!
A reverse opening sliding door would also allow access to the patio when the dinette slider is in!
Love this Floorplan! Seeing how the patio is assembled (in 3 minutes 😊) would be awesome!
I just saw it this last weekend - it is pretty fantastic!
We love the ORV builds, but please, please, please get rid of the in-floor heat vents!
No, please, for the love of all that is pure, no.
They are a saving grace in the midst of a winter squall. After the furnace shuts off, you can feel heat rising up through the floor with your feet, between those vents, as if the entire walkway from front to rear was a lingering, passive radiator.

Love it. Maybe the most amazing travel trailer ever.
Lovely. Wish it had the 5th wheel wardrobe mini pop out.
They need to get rid of the dinette move the tv in front of the couch on at elevator with the fire place. Then put a table and chairs over by that tv location. Nobody likes neck breaker TV LOCATION. Oh and every 5th wheel toy hauler on the market come with glass climate doors and have for years.
THANK YOU!!! EXACTLY RIGHT!!
Never seen this brand actually - and I watch a lot of RV videos
What a beautiful travel trailer.
Wow! We just bought a 26KVS in February. This could have been our preference. Very nice!
KVS is a very nice rig. Don't be sad.
It’s a great trialer. I love the brand and would have taken any one of a few different floorplans.
71 years?! That is amazing!! Keep up the great work!
Wow this is one of the best trailers yet. And I thought I liked mine as I do, but wow wow everything about this one great. Nice
Omgosh!!! This is AWESOME!!! This is what I've been asking for!! I just love this!! Thanks for sharing.
Standing at 6'4" , I welcome a tall interior ! ❤❤😊
Great Idea 👍👍👍
LOVE this trailer!!!!!!!!! Although i feel like they should have raised that counter located above the fireplace to match the kitchen counter. Would help with the lack of countertop room this trailer has (which is one of it's only negatives IMO).
Yes
or even better, continue the counter top over the fireplace but keep that area below as a shelf (with the outlets and other plug ins).
I'm concerned with the shwintek slide mechanisms
I was too. But after watching MyRvWorks TH-cam on Schwintek Lubrication, applying that method, no issues with our slide. Thats our experience anyway. 🤷🏻♂️
Shush ur a sales rep.
Proud to also be a Thompson!!!
i like it, our 2 small dogs can fit right in the patio are while we wander.
This is and amazing idea. The only thing that’s missing is TV placement that doesn’t look like and afterthought. Other than that it’s perfect
That's a sweet rig!
Oh my gosh this is the one! I thought our kvs was perfect but not anymore! The patio is amazing!
Love it, we want one
Perfect just what I'm looking to buy ASAP
Shwintek slides are fine. The users try opening there slides on unleveled surfaces. That’s why they get bad reviews. These trailers are very well made.
Omg! I might be in love!❤❤❤
Superbe caravane, en Europe on devrait s'inspirer.......
This would be our dream rv. Too bad we live in the northeast, they are not sold in this area. I would have to travel a long way to get one. The only thing this rig is missing is a W/D combo.

Beautiful Floorplan. Needs more storage in the bedroom
Loved it, just like you said we would. :)
Great walk thru demo!!! The unit is very nice
Nicely detailed walkthrough. Great vid!
Interesting product! I wish they would have switched the orientation putting the dinette, not the recliner on the camp side.
HI Kerin. Can you ask ORV for a couples camper with twin beds with center aisle.
Wow I love this model !!!
I wish it had a slide-out closet in the bedroom.
I’m assuming that the overall length of 31’8” does not include the patio. How much does the patio add to the overall length? This just might be the perfect trailer!
I would like to see this in a crawler hauler
😮😂 yes I am researching all Outdoors RV Products as you know !!!
Love this new prototype 🎉
Is the 1500 pound rating on the back patio total or what it can actually hold? I’m not sure if that rating includes the weight of the door or not? If not, what does the ramp/patio weigh? Very nice floor plan. Really like this model.
That’s a great looking rig! Love the patio!
TV is in a weird place needs to be where dinette is and fireplace under it
It's nice they have a lot of storage, but it would have been great if they had made the slideouts taller & put the storage in them so the cabinets wouldn't have to have been so high. Alsi, pull out shelves in the pantry would help, especially since they are so deep.
Not sure why these RV's are flying under the radar, this model is amazing and this hits all the checkmark's for my wife and I.
I ❤️ this Lady she’s very knowledgeable on the product she’s selling😎 And not hard on the eyes either😊
Very nice set up the patio is awesome
Wish it had a king bed! Then it would be perfect for us.
Gorgeous
It’s about time. I wanted the patio and the space like the toy hauler gives you, but didn’t need the toy hauler
Wish we had a dealer that actually carried these in Colorado. I’m not saying we don’t have a dealer, but it’d be nice to have a dealer that had them on the lot.
Nice job as you always do. Nice RV
What does it weigh? And how long is it tip to tip?
saludos desde México muy buena informacion Exito para el canal, success and regards
Been waiting for this video!!

My question to y’all is why is your color scheme in your rv trailers seems to be so dark with everything it would be nice if y’all would consider changing your color scheme to a light and bright color scheme making the trailers more inviting having a more homey atmosphere instead of a dark and glumly atmosphere but I do like that you’re company did a outdoor patio that wasn’t a toy hauler

Put a patio on a 27Mks... and u can have my $$ today!! Love the patio idea, just prefer a fifthwheel. Thanks
love it😊
Very interesting - thanks for sharing.
Beautifull rig!
Would like to see an outdoor kitchen and a king size bedroom option
My favorite RV
Nice layout!
❤ Love your videos.
Love it!! ❤❤❤
Very nice thank you
love it...but what is with still having carpet in a trailer??
Is there a hitch on rear for potential carry of bikes?
Looks very spacious
Can u give an idea of MSRP and weights of trailer and capacities of fresh black and gray?
I’d like to see washer/dryer hookups
What is the sliding glass door rated for cold weather rating?
Nice looking rig!
I sure wish this came in a fifth wheel.
How much does it cost?

Interesting ❤😊❤😊
Where to get a patio deck itself?
