Also this phase of the weather really is weird and confusing when sleeping, but I can’t sleep in my summer pjays anymore because I get really cold during the night and I ended up so sick the last time. I have to opt for sweating 😅 in my winter pajamas. I also suddenly have such an obsession with winter pajamas, I’ve bought so many pairs already 🤦🏾♀️🥴
It’s the Coréelle colabo for me 😌😌, love to see it. Atleast with you ,you got to choose products that are good for you skin. I think I needed to do more research on my collabo with them, I think I chose the wrong products, and now I’m scared to do a skincare collabo again, but now I know better. I think I have sensitive skin too. Love the masks you got, they look sooo good!

gal you don't even know, I am so invested in the winter pjs and hoodie content it's actually not even funny, haha. Must be the aging that our bones are losing for utter comfort! hehe...
Oh yah, I never agree to skin related brands and I even told them I wasn't interested because of my skin issues and she was super helpful after I mentioned all that. So think next time you should def tell them about all the sensitivities coz the stuff she actually sent have been great so far and now I actually know what to avoid in the future too.

I honestly love this question, I think it came from trying to adapt to the first few years here, I had a lot of ups and downs, first time living alone, being in a small town, I found that routine and structure made it feel less hard and keeps me distracted from sitting with thoughts and feelings. It's obviously not always like this everyday, I have my days but I try really hard when I can because I know it makes me feel safe and mentally healthier.
I this it also helps watching people/ listening to videos about routines, habits and discipline, oh and the book "Atomic Habits" is so good for that too~
