HAVING BEEN A CHORUS LEADER IN MY TIME IN DEEPER LIFE IN GHANA FOR MANY YEARS BEFORE , I HAVE LEARNT TO RAISE SONGS THAT THE CONGRAGATION CAN SING WELL AND CLAP APPROPRIATELY.. YOU DON'T CHANGE SONGS TOO QUICKLY. IT IS NOT ABOUT THE NUMBER OF SONGS YOU RAISE OR SING BUT HOW MEANINGFUL THEY ARE TO THE SOULS THAT SING THEM. AGAIN, YOU DON'T RUN AWAY FROM THE MEMBERS. GIVE THEM TIME TO SING WITHOUT RAISING TOO MANY SONGS. I MISSED HOME. DEEPER LIFE BIBLE CHURCH. 15:37
Clapping is not a sin, it's a distraction The choir song has a message you are expected to take to God in prayer Of course we can appreciate the choir but we don't want to lose focus
Please, the reason why we are asked not to is not because clapping is a sin or wrong. It is because when people clap after choir ministrations they often do so to praise the singers and applaud them from their performance. However, choir ministrations are not artistic performances, they are means of reverencing the ONLY GOD. Not clapping allows people to remain sober and prevents the praise from being attributed to the singers
Additionally, if you have a question about a matter you do not understand (in any situation), it is best to ask politely rather than sound confrontational. One should not forget good manners even when texting
Thank you for the inquiry. It's not a sin. This is part of our principles. Because they're Ministers, after their ministrations like other Ministers in the church, we pray in whatever God Ministers to us through the songs. Likewise our preachers in all levels, we pray in the word after each ministration. I hope this answers your question. Remain blessed. Meanwhile, I hope you were blessed through the Bible study today
Who are we going to be clapping for. The choristers or God who helped them to exibit their good talent. Have you forgotten that it may lead to unnecessary temptation to some that whenever there is no clapping they may feel that they didnt sing well. So it is better not to create confusion but take it to the Lord in prayer

Foolish enquiry with critical mindset
