That is what I expect (and rarely get elsewhere) from a perfect review mentioning IMPORTANT facts about a product. Thank you Sir, I'm gonna finally listen to my bedtime stories happily without finding myself strangled by cables and having my skull being pierced by buds in the morning ;)
Going to check these out for my son. I'm buying him new earbuds like every month. I've tried all kinds of different ones ranging up to $30, so these are in my price range and look promising. Thanks for the great review!!
I recently got this headphone and it's my first experience with beyerdynamic (since it's rare to find this brand in Malaysia), and my first impression is that it was so great. A great upgrade from my older cheap JBL headphone. Getting flat response but still enough bass that is not overpowered, and no distortion. It's just need some equalization to unlock those mids and highs. Anyway thanks for the review, cheers from Malaysia 🇲🇾
Wow really? Seems like a great product! I'm planning to buy this too but not sure yet. Is it worth the money? And how much did it cost for u in Ringgit?
I guess if you're on the run, by bus, bike, or walking, they are really good options if you're on a budget... I mean you just want something to isolate some noise from the city or bus/car engines, and a nice sound headphones. Most time when you're on the run, the noise of the city won't let you hear the fine details a better earphone would give you, so since these are rough, use them to put into your pockets and backpacks without worrying... And most smartphones today have some kind of EQ in the settings, or an nice DAC built in so that should help...
Isn't orange already 'owned' by JBL though? A far more popular brand amongst younger people (and in general because of the product groups they focus on).

Does Samsung Galaxy S7 have good enough amp to drive these? I don't usually listen very loud. And the thing you mentioned about BlackPlayer and EQ at 9:17. The last three bands on my device are 910 Hz, 3600 Hz and 14 000 Hz. Is that correct or do we have different application?
If you don't listen loud it's totally fine, yes the frequencys are the same, these days because of Android underneath they all seem to use the same no matter what app
Thanks for the reply, I appreciate it! Btw do you have any idea why these are so hard to find in europe? Only real retailer is Beyerdynamic themself, problem is they don't deliver to my country..
Do they stay in ear firmly and is it comfortable for long hours, because most often the earphones i use pops out ear which i can't solve till now. So are these good compared to sony mdr ex 155 in terms of comfort? Plz reply
I have had a very bad luck with earbuds. The problem is not the sound.Actually the cable tears after a few months of use.Maybe because I use them a lot.I have never managed to use a earbud more than 4 months.
KZ ate kse FTW. They cost like 15€, excellent sound and replaceable cable so if it goes wrong (my sis breaks cables every 3 months or so) you buy just another cable and not an entirely new pair of earbuds.

Anyone else have trouble with fit with beat byrds? I cant seem to get a proper seal if I insert them right side up! Funnily enough, if I insert them upside down (pro style) I get a perfect seal and get a great bass response.
@@TheNitpicker Oh, wow. Didn't think that the xiaomi were that bad, sincere they got a lot of positive reviews. I'm using them from time to time and imo for the price they're not bad. Do you know when the Byrds will be available?
@@TheNitpicker So soundwise they are similar? Because considering the price of 25€, the Byrd are worth a shot. But only when the sound on the Byrds is at least better. I really like the thick cable.
