I believe someone pulled the fuses to get it cheaper at Auction before finishing this vid. It’s horrible that the previous owner lowered it like that, they almost had good taste aside from the ride height. Great content once again fellas. 👍🏼✌🏼🇺🇸

Anyways, one of the famous things shady asses used to do was pull coil wires off just slightly so it LOOKED connected but wasn't making contact with nothing but the boot pushed on!!!! LOL the thing would be skipping like a fruitcake in a gay parade!!!🤣😂 Sorry I HAD to... I also used to LOVE seeing vehicles come through the lane leaking literally EVERY SINGLE FLUID POSSIBLE!!! It was LAUGHABLE seeing some of these piles come through there. Just wanted to share my funny but true auction experience. 😂😎👍
Put her on bags. Minor fendor bender might b 3 bolts to wrench .. couple things here n there.. I snapped my control arm in my e36 one time bent my whole entire front end and bumper because my rim fell to the right with the control arm still connected to it lol.. I was sitting flush on the ground panicking I thought my entire life was over my coilovers top housing also snapped off in the process. I thought my car was totaled I cried it sat for 8weeks I had a buddy mine from highschool fix it in like 2 hours put some e46 control arms and re adjusted my coil overs and rolled it out the back gate/fence just like that. It was the best car experience ever. Took it to the car wash had a smile on my face all day

The radiator support on my stock ride height C6 was even scraped up. These cars are hard to keep clean underneath in areas with crappy roads like Michigan.

The worst thing for me is watching a video and sitting there wishing they would get on with it… so I keep it moving! Chop chop chop! Every engine I have recused from the junkyard, I never did a compression test. They have always ran for me. In my experience if it turns over with the spark plugs in, and I feel the compression rebound. Then it runs. I do enjoy your video's. All the V, ZL1, ZR1 Etc that go to the shredder are insane!
The top not fitting like that means the frame is bent. Glass will not bend, it will crack and break, but that car has a buckled frame. A good frame shop can do wonders though. That busted front crossmember cant help though, Vettes are built to be light weight and everything under it keeps the frame in alignment.

How would you like a 1995 Cobra R Mustang with 12 miles on the odometer ? This car was a backup car for an IMSA Endurance Racing team . The car was never raced and actually was purchased as a parts car for the race car . The race car never broke so the car is mostly there . The car has been sitting in the team's racecar trailer for over 25 years . There were only 257 of these cars made for 1995 . This car came from the factory with a 351 Windsor and a Tremec 5 speed transmission . The car was decaled to look like the racecar, but was never put on the track . It sat behind the pits up on jackstands ready in case the race car needed a part every part was sitting right there . The engine and transmission were removed and put on jack stands to make other parts easier to remove if needed . The engine and transmission were race prepped . These cars ran in the showroom stock class and only safety equipment was allowed as far as modifications . If you are interested in this car please contact Jon Quick .
Windshield is not because they crack so often coming out. We do have plenty of hatches in stock, they just don’t sell that often. We would’ve kept these doors but they had cracks.

I never understand why ppl lower Vettes as they are low enough from the fac. The $ spent on lowering can be spent on perf. mods. I have an all original flat hood t-top '98 Trans Am in Sebring Silver and it is low enough stock for me. My fav and best car I have ever owned. I used to work for Pontiac here in Vegas and really miss them. Drives on a rail and I have owned it since 2014 and I have never had it aligned. One new set of tires (and wears even) about 7k miles ago. Stock Ls1 (and spark plugs) & tranny. Still has orig, alternator LOL anyways cool channel. keep up the good work !!

there is a high miles z06 6.0 in decent shape at coparts in Tanner Alabama 108565 miles hit in front
it has a 7.0 manual trans
The Z51 brakes are used for Silverado brake upgrades. It's not the Corvette guys going after them ;)

At copart we tend to pull fuses if we start the car and it smokes or leaks fluid. That way when we put it on the sale lot no one try’s to start it

Windshield is not because they crack so often coming out. We do have plenty of hatches in stock, they just don’t sell that often. We would’ve kept these doors but they had cracks.

Could have rebuilt this thing in a weekend provided I had a paint matched fender ready to go. Kind of a waste parting it.

Wether it was taken out by being too low or not, still too low. Get bags if you want to 'praise the lowered', then return to a higher ride height.
