The truth is, people have tried to charge him for numerous crimes, but due to how uncontainable Sunky is, every time they get him on a prison bus, he stays there until it arrives at the prison, then suddenly disappears with no logical explanation. Even his restraints disappear, and the next he’s seen, he’s unrestrained, so they just gave up trying to imprison him. Now he just randomly shows up on prison transports and just tags along till it arrives.
