I actually got two today and did them in the slow cooker again. I just put them on the bottom of the cooker, put some garlic salt and pepper on them, cut up an onion and put it on top of them, put a can of mushrooms on top of that and slow cook it for 4 or 5 hours, then at the end I add some broccoli and feast! They were delicious! The meat just falls right off the bone
