I couldn't figure out how to close the lid after refilling ink so thought I'd post the solution as it wasn't obvious from the manual. It is designed to stay up so you can refill the ink obviously, but it wouldn't unlatch easily and I didn't want to break it. But it turns out you just need to apply a slight firm pressure holding on the sides rotating it downward for it to unlatch. Hope that helps any other nervous people out there.

this says 502 but my ET-4760 came with 522, I even went to check the bottles before I posted this, could this be why I am constantly getting lines and have to clean the head so often

So expensive and so sick of this printer telling me I need to order new ink when the tanks are filled with ink. It does not let me print because of that message, so not sure what to do

Hi, Cheyenne - to completely fill up an empty tank can take up to a couple of minutes.
I can't lift the scanner cover. Is there a button i'm supposed to press to unlock it?
