You two crack me up...❤ Can I just ask something? If I came across a pair (why are they called a pair, when theres only one of them?........any way, I digress) of prescription specs - sunglasses or otherwise, that are designer - would I be better off reselling them with or without the lenses? I have in my sticky mitts 2 pairs from the 70's, Paloma Picasso and Lacroix, that were my mums. Both were taken to have her prescription fitted at some expense way back when, but literally no-one other than my mother would be able to see a thing through them! Your thoughts? H
We sell them with the lenses in. And clearly state these glasses have a prescription in them, will need replacement lenses! If you look at the cost of normal off the shelf glasses frames even non branded in cases the prices are huge. So many people including myself look for frames to put lenses into. We sell them very regularly this way. Then the rare or more desirable the frames the more the resale. Especially 70’s Paloma Picasso and Lacroix!!!

BTW, valued at 50-60 quid each.... think I'll hang on to them and use them myself at that price - or get a 2nd opinion, cos I've a sneaky suspicion they're worth a bit more than that 🤔

Great finds how could you see in the dark? Is it usual to have Boot sales at night. Love the Longchamp and Gucci. Had a similar Gucci in Blue
It opened at 5ish it was pitch black, which is apparently normal, people had head torches and phone lights on!
