Another great video! Sorry State Records is one of my favorites. I'm late to the party with Caroline Polachek, but glad I've discovered her. Buying local is also important to me, and making it a date day is cool. Take care, thanks!
You two make me look forward to every other Sunday! I want some Bad Brains coffee and cool little stores and record shops in my area. Unfortunately living in the sticks of SC you don't really get that but definitely would support any local shops such as these in my areas. Stay hip you two and keep making these awesome videos!
@ also I hadn’t made it this far in the video when I posted my previous comment but that Science Fiction album by Brand New is fantastic. That opening track Lit Me Up gets stuck in my head all of the time even after years of not hearing it lol. I just got back into collecting Vinyl so I’ll be around. Thanks for the video
We moved to Raleigh for a career change and shortly after a year later covid happpened. Then moved a little over an hour away and we miss it dearly (even during the distancing time). High on the list to get back to the area and if I end up driving through, it is a requirement that I pick up Himalayan Range or Fiction Kitchen
What a great day ! Punk Rock Coffee ☕️ , Plants 🪴 & a burger 🍔 & fries 🍟 with Coke with genuine sugar in a bottle 😋. The music ? almost an afterthought. I ❤ Giftcards.
I wish i was young and cool again,i remember the good old days of checking out record stores and having fun now iam old and boring ,still have a huge record and cd collection
No such shops or culture around here which is a shame. Maybe good for the bank balance tho! Although not adverse to a wee trip to Glasgow to Monorail or Umbrella vinyl in Edinburgh
Elder millenials? Never heard that one. I'm "Gen X", but not connected to the "Get off my lawn " Gen Xers. They don't wanna share their records, but will tell you all their "scores" diminishing your one BS find. Boo! The only "chain" I go to is A&W and it's off the chain for the price.
That Piebald is a super find. Lovely day and way of spending $$. Supporting local shops is always the way to go. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for watching!

Yea, some places just lack that type of stuff. We are very lucky

THC latte, I don’t think coffee shops in NY could get away with that even though we are a recreational legal state.
THC seltzer. But that latte idea is gold…I’m stealing it 😂
Conspiracy Theory. Sorry, I had to answer that question whether it was rhetorical or not lol
😂
❤
Always first
