Great refereeing performance Jon. Three thoughts from me. Your caution to Red 3, he appears very close to you, best practice be an arms distance away, in zone for a head butt/swing punch, unlikely at your level but grass roots protect yourself. Secondly, your position for pk, is very close to the penalty spot, if that was centrally saved by gk you would have been in the mix, a wider position would also help you check encroachment & have a view of all players if there is a goalmouth melee. Thirdly your drop ball on the halfway was not where the ball was when you stopped play. All discussion points which some may have a different view.
Thank you! I thought I was a little close but I had a good relationship will the players so felt comfortable being close around them. With the pen, it wasn't my greatest moment but it's defo a point to learn for next time. and with the drop ball it went on for so long i forgot were it was so i went safe and went to the halfway line
I thought red kicked the ball out to stop play so presumed throw restart grey and sportsmanship return to red. Maybe ref stopped play before kick to touch.
I believe the second caution was a bit harsh. Rather careless, no.14 not aware of the player coming from behind, foot really not high enough. Opponent actually using his head at a quite low point and after watching the replay numerous time, no.14 didn't raise his foot higher then waist height. I can understand the red player's frustration when he moaned about it. Good judgement for the "non-pen" decisions. Also good decision with the pen; red player looks up in a funny way, knowing that's a pen. Enjoyed the video and explaining everything throughout. P.S.: Maybe too close to the penalty taker and obviously shouldn't switch off when the ball is about to be picked out from the net...
Well done and congratulations on the excellent performance/marks. It's always nice to get positive outside recognition, too!
Thanks, John, Means alot!

What's your email Jon? I do not see it in the bio. I am interested in the video analysis on Refsix.
Would the goalkeeper get a yellow card after he conceded the penalty or a caution?
I didn't a yellow card, anyone, one after it as I dealt with it there and then and warned all the players.
Maybe too close for the pen? Maybe slightly wider ?
Would that not put me too close to my assistant?
On the actual taking of the pen ? On the corner of the six yard box looking through to your assistant. Gives you a good exit route too.
