at 23:58,what is the difference between hardware Technology (Organization ) and Instructions set architecture ?

Both influence the CPI, but Hardware Technology focuses on the hardware part(like the number of buses, registers etc) while ISA focuses on how your instruction is executed which would be a software factor, I guess.
