Hey guys ! Glad you found it useful. Yeah would say the devil is in the details when it comes to operations. Good to have a set of SOPs that can be followed and replicated from collection of shoes, to cleaning to returning etc. Booking keeping is a common problem (theft) actually when not supervised - we use a CRM system for that. And finally marketing is a matter of consistency and good customer service..
