it happened but the raid ended and took my raid pass
This happened to me also on a Nihilego Solo Raid.

Yes it absolutely has happened to me a couple times before, and it's probably got to be the most annoying glitch in raids atm. Although, it is kind of rare. Never was it beneficial in any way though.
Yes only beneficial is if you have Mega and not waste of revival@@TheJayLife
