Great question. I believe it turns it off. But messenger is one I dont want or need notifications shown unless on notification bar

2. Scroll down to find "Chat Heads"
3. Turn off

I did see something in your Video that I was Wondering how one could Change and that is the Google Search at one time I believe search was clear on the screen but with updates it changed from clear to white or a thinned out white, I seen on your phone it was Green I was wondering if you could share where to change if it's possible to change) On my Note 9 the sound when you tap the Mike icon must be silenced or i accidentally silenced it when I first acquired the phone.. If you can do Video on Google search that would be Awesome..

How about the bubble don't come on at all but pop up on top as a Rectangle and blocking the while top. I like that bubble more that that big rectangle that blocks off everything until you swipe it.
