Doesn't boiling the oil like that burn it? The smell would be awful. And wouldn't using that much heat on the aloe just destroy all the beneficial properties of it? I think you'd be better off with soaking chopped up aloe in a jar of oil, put the lid on, shake daily, and store in a cool, dark place for about 6 weeks. Then strain it and use it.

Aloe can be such a difficult plant to work with that I stopped trying and bought some aloe concentrate and some aloe juice. Then I use an emulsifier to mix them with oil. I make a lot of plant extracts using grain alcohol because oils are so unstable. Alcohol can be drying though. Glycerin can be used instead, but it's quite tacky. Maybe if you mixed aloe infused glycerin with the oil, add a few drops of vitamin E (to help with preserving the oil), it would make a suitable moisturizer, without having to get into emulsifiers and all of that.
Dear, all the amazing properties of the plant are gone because of your boiling... Maybe you should try cold extraction. Besides, it's very important NOT to use the green part of the plant, because it is toxic. Please don't drink the oil you made!!! It's even harmful for the skin. I hope i'm being helpful. Take care.

Coconut oil is the base or any carrier oil ..otherwise thr s no oil in aloevera itself ...its always mixed with a carrier ..just like the any ointment hs the cream base ...
