Dashain special Chicken Choila || How to Make Newari Style choila || Chef Suni

येसरी बनाउनुहोस नेवारी छोइला सारै मीठो हुन्छ -
Chicken Choila recipe :
Add 1 tbsp oil in a pan
Add 2 lb boneless chicken
Fry till it turns into a golden brown in color
Add chopped spring onion
Chopped cilantro
3-4 Chopped green chilies
Salt as per the taste
Roast 2 medium sized tomatoes
3 cloves of garlic
Small sized ginger
1 tsp roasted Sichuan pepper (timur)
7-8 dried chilies (soaked in warm water)
Add fire roasted or boiled tomatoes
1 tbsp mustard oil
1 tsp fenugreek seeds
1 tsp turmeric powder
Add ½ lemon juice
