Donot worry about negative comments, people who suffered and waster thier money will definitely appreciate your efforts and information. your calculations are very close to Manufacturers recommendations, good job and definitely appreciate your time and efforts to make this very useful sharing... I wish I would have known this before as I had to replace HIGH HP motor which pumped out all water in minutes and went dry, I reduced HP and working well.

Sir I’m using Coimbatore local make motor sir , I have used GI pipe only & Finolex 4.5 square mm cable
You have told that sir below 1 inch water you have got. then is it require 2 inch GI pipe and V6 motor? Why did not go with role pipe to save money? And last question how much feet you make drilled borewell and how much length or feet you put pipe now and also how much stage and HP motor you are using?
Sir for agriculture its always best to use only GI Pipe( Our Land is near to Kaveri Back Water & in future i will be doing Rain water harvest to my borewell, This are items we will be using daily for ur agriculture in this we should not compromise on the Quality ), i have drilled till 640 Feet & i have left my motor till 480 Feet ( 3HP 12 stage ) and also i have used the ball wall technique to reduce the water pressure from my borewell ( for More details you can visit my farm i can explain you in details any time sat & sunday from morning 6:30 to 10:00 AM )
