Thank you for doing this concept, I appreciate it as someone who need the “open-eyes-tasks” to relax and to feel ready to close my eyes as I get tiered, otherwise I’m not able to keep them shut nor focus which makes my mind wander - and that doesn’t help. So for me being able to sleep, I hope you’ll bring us more of this concept cuz it helps me alot and I rarely find long and good videos like this on YT, thanks for the sleep❣️

no stress bud, you’re killing it!! 🤩 and I think both the visual and the audio triggers in this are great! I like the visual coupled with the audio because it’s like double distraction for the brain haha and it really helps you relax and wind your brain down for sleep

If you need ideas, I think a whole eyes closed video of your word tracing- I find it more enjoyable each time and theres never enough rounds. Also, you are the only asmrist I know that does the word tracing with eyes closed!

Ok totally wild but working with a Harney and Sons tea tin for an art project while listening. When you started tapping I was like WOAH HOL UP I KNOW THAT SOUND.
I don't know what or why, but when you covered the camera lens with tape, something about the diffused image activated my flight or freeze response.
