Seeing a cake decorated with equipment you would have around your house would be cool! Take me back to my early days when I would use a cheese grater to make impressions in fondant.

I'm normally a silent viewer but with you mentioning the fact that you're currently gluten free and at least partially dairy free I thought that I would ask; would you be able to do a video on a Gluten free, Dairy free, low sugar cake from start to finish? I myself am gluten, dairy, and sugar intolerant (yes sugar! The only sweetners I seem to be able to have are xylitol and small doses of coconut sugar) and really struggle to bake gluten, dairy, and sugar free cakes that don't go dry within a few hours. Oo and even nut free (no almond flour etc) would be awesome. Love your work!
Gluten, dairy or anything free cakes or desserts is very hard because you have none of the correct ingredients for the chemical processes u want to happen. The flourless chocolate cake is good. But for making things like this u gotta use all the bad stuff lol

That was one of the most beautiful, AUTHENTIC-looking pizzas I've ever seen a cake decorator make.....I'm blown away!! JJR, you sir, are the King of cakes in all the land!
My father was a baker and he used to make those old school wedding cakes back in the late 70s/early 80s! Some of them would have 15 tiers or more held up with (plastic) champagne glasses and so many fountains! LOL! They took so much frosting to make that he used to make up frosting in 5 gallon buckets and I used to eat spoonfuls of it when he wasn't looking. Those were the (sugar high) days!!!

Then we have the sauce, and if you are lucky, it's drippling goupyness rises up onto the crust. Finally, the gloppy cheese that should be bitten and streched before it breaks. And if you want to, you can put even more delicious toppings to give the pizza more of a mouth watering, pizza slice. EXCEPT PINEAPPLES. DON'T EAT THEM WITH YOUR PIZZA!!! Or do, and know that you may die soon, it's up to you.
