I had the pleasure of calling Chris chandler my friend. One of my favourite ever humans and sadly missed. I also met John who is a true gentleman and lovely human. Talented band.
Just watched this. Very interesting of the time, lovely music, really evoked a lost era. I wish I'd seen them back then. Such a shame and loss they never recorded a studio album which would have given them more visibility even now. Anji has a magical voice. I can almost smell the incense sticks and feel the summer sunshine. I'd love to see more like this.
I saw them play the Cory Hall in Cardiff on 18th of December 1971 - they were supporting Lindisfarne (before they became well known). I really liked them.
I remember you from your regular gigs at the Promenade Club in Cheltenham you were brilliant , later my friend and flatmate Paul Baker became your soundman /roadie....
Hello Patrick - Great to hear from you and thank you for your kind comments. Paul and I were great mates and you probably know that unfortunately he passed away in Vancouver with a nasty cancer of the mouth. I still keep in touch with Chris and Anji but we are all in different parts of the country. All the very best....Pete Stone
Hi Patrick - Good to hear from you and hope that you are keeping well or as well as any of us are now. As Peter said we all are so disparate and apart from Face Time etc I haven't seen Pete, John Vigar or Anji in the flesh now for years. Anyway the very best wishes and keep safe. Chris (AKA Digby)
Sorry for the delay in replying but Chris hasn't been too well lately. Of course "Tapestry" are no longer a working band and any recordings that we made in the past are copyrighted by the BBC. If I hear of any positive news of further legal releases I will let you know. Best wishes Pete Stone

Hi Chris. Thanks for the comment, amazed you know the date of the gig which I only recall as being at St Davids Hall. Best Wishes - Pete Stone
