Another fantastic video Darren, great to see so many of those boats in operation. Sometimes it pays to join a tour occasionally balance that with some exploring by yourself and you get the best of both. The mangroves reminded me of Bako NP in Sarawak. Along with the wildlife there was a stunning beach and scenery to see. No commentery needed, the sights spoke for themselves.
Thanks for sharing this wonderful video n for showing your explorations in Langkawi. D monkeys looked thirsty. Beautiful excursion. Langkawi is still underrated for foreigners.
Thanks for watching. The monkeys don’t drink the river water because it’s too salty so the only water they can drink is rain (and it hasn’t rained for six days) so they were really thirsty.
HI Darren Have really missed your video I am really glad to see you back in Malaysia (your 2nd Home) I know it is belated but wishing you a Very Happy Birthday hope you celebrated with a few Nasi Lemaks. At least you are in a country that you love and you are made most welcome. Here in the UK it is so depressing now at least you can forget about how bad it is here. Thanks again for sharing the best country in the world.
You my friend, are looking well!! My observation at the start, was that you got the commentary spot-on because, what was happening was priceless. In the cave, one man said underground "a nightmare", you said "its's okay for me, cos I'm a short ass 😏" . I liked the young guide, the haphazard environment and you, let us hear and observe. Thankfully, the lense did finally adjust to the dim cave. Fabulous! I shall make a 'clip' (to aid sleep) of the lapping waves, crashing against rock then at the end in the distance, happy voices and waves, intermingled. 🤗
You should consider moving to Malaysia. I do consider it also. At first, I considered moving to Singapore as I have some family there. But Singapore is way more expensive than Malaysia. Also, learning the malay language is very easy and it works in Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia. I learned malay from my ex wife and her sister, but in Singapore it is malay slang, mixed with english. Been a few times to Langkawi, just wonderful. I was driving a rental car and had to stop at a hill crowded with monkeys. Ex wife got panic as they jumped on the car and wanted to get in.

Stay safe and stay happy 😎
Always happy. Living life on my terms. Really enjoying documenting my exploring and memories.

I have no interest in staying in one place permanently. I like moving around to different countries I enjoy spending time in.
SUPER BEAUTIFUL 🥰🇲🇾
It really is!
Looks like you had a good Mangrove tour :) giving the monkeys water must have been an experience too!
Yes, it was an amazing day, especially the monkeys and eagles swooping down to the boat. Great day to capture on video for memories.
Be safe .. it truly looks like your enjoying your trip
I am! Loving it. Enjoying documenting memories for the future.
Enjoy your trip..
I am, thank you.
Ok, firstly I didn't expect the GoPro to do that well inside the cave and secondly the water drinking monkeys part was EPIC!
Yes, I was REALLY surprised by how good the GoPro coped with the caves.
Even I was born Kedah but Langkawi is a must go place in Kedah.
It really is a must visit.
We all love Langkawi special place ❤️
It sure is, loved it there.
Ahhh you went for the mangrove tour
Yes.
Even the monkeys are polite in Malaysia.
Haha they were thirsty!
That stop over island has sea trash I think
What stopover island? Sea trash is everywhere in SE Asia.
