You can file a consumer complaint and ask for compensation! A similar case has happened where the model got a 2 cr compensation for a wrong haircut treatment.

There was a recent case wherein a model was awarded hefty compensation because her hair was ruined by a salon. The court reasoned that for a model their appearance is essential for their work, so you legally you could take actions against this salon. Also, I'm very sorry you went through this Sakshi, and I'm happy it's already been a year since this horrific incident 🥺🥺
It’s so sad that us women are expected to behave in a “lady-like manner” even when we are at our lowest. We aren’t allowed to question any wrongdoing or even have a melt down and just expected to be calm and composed and “not create a scene”. A woman isn’t allowed to complain or even stand up for herself or else will be labelled as ‘too bold’ and ‘un-sanskari’.

These are the following things my mum followed when a lady screwed up her hair by bleaching them thrice. 1) apply raw Onion juice for 35 minutes and wash it off with a sulphate free shampoo 2) use aloe Vera gel alone or with mustard oil 3) ghee 4) mayonnaise with coconut oil I hope it helps Also do inverted method scalp massage to boost hair growth

Ive experienced a crazy shit at a salon in vile parle, i had a healthy thick black hair and i wanted to try colouring for the first time. I wanted to go for some subtle coffee brown i legit showed them what i wanted and everything, they bleached tf outta my hair and coloured it some orange pink brown mix idek what that colour was. I freaked out! i didn't know what to say! I go back into the salon and im like chop my hair. Cut it short i cant go out with orange hair!!!! So i cut it above shoulder, and luckily now a little amount of orange was visible it was more of a pink brown. Anyway this scarred me fr! (':

I think in India most of the salon hairstylists are not skilled enough they work under someone for just few months without proper training and start working. I have encountered so many salons where salon people teach amateur employees hair coloring and other stuff on clients hair and they fuck up a lot of time. Plus so many hairstylists promise in the beginning to give results like the inso shown and the result in the end is not even close, but when everything is done you cannot do anything. They don't take the responsibility and say it has never happened blah blah blah. You have to pay and still suffer😤

I think in India most of the salon hairstylists are not skilled enough they work under someone for just few months without proper training and start working. I have encountered so many salons where salon people teach amateur employees hair coloring and other stuff on clients hair and they fuck up a lot of time. Plus so many hairstylists promise in the beginning to give results like the inso shown and the result in the end is not even close, but when everything is done you cannot do anything. They don't take the responsibility and say it has never happened blah blah blah. You have to pay and still suffer😤
