This is a quick video of how i dyed my hair from black to red.
I used the Loreal HiColor Highlights to achieve this color.

It went well! A little faded now but I didn’t want it to be super vibrant. A little brighter near the front of my head than the back but I love the was the color looks with my curls!
I have been all over Google trying to figure out what I'm going to do and what product to use, you just confirmed it.! Lol

You have definitely confirmed what I am going to do! I’d watched other videos and they talked about using box dyes beforehand to lift, so that the red takes better. But you didn’t appear to have pre-coloured hair. Question: how many of each did you use? Was that 1 of each it?
yes so I used 1 box each color and it was more than enough! good luck

Your hair turned out beautiful! How much of the developer did you use?
Thank you ! Yes I used developer and I put as much as the box instructed. So for example for every bottle of dye It may require 2 bottles of developer so I just filled the dye bottle with Tj developer and measured it that way

My hair is like black brown, do you think 30 minutes is enough? I just got L’Oréal today because I tried to dye my hair with Adore and it didn’t take, scared to mess up this time because I don’t want to damage my hair
Hey ! No 30 minutes is not enough tbh it’s not gonna take enough for it to show, I would say no more then an hour but be mindful of your roots mine processed wayyy faster than the ends
@@dana.briana1681 🙂heyyy, I dyed it and I’m in love, I got the correct kinda of dye and left it in for 43 minutes, and my hair isn’t damaged 😁

How long would you recommend this sit on virgin hair?I just ordered 2 magenta’s and 30 v n never died my hair before so I’m nervous I won’t do it right 😭
Hey girl ! I actually just dyed my virgin hair but not this red color I did a brown using the same brand and everything and honestly I left it on a little over an hour because I wanted a high left I wasn’t to be able to tell it was brown, and it’s perfect so I would suggest if the virgin hair is black then no less than an hour for sure to get a true red color and you can watch it and also take note that when it dries it’s lighter than when it’s wet

Yes if your hair is jet back I recommend no less then 1.5 hours . Because it needs time to take ! Especially if you want that actual red color

Is this safe for relaxed hair? I'm scared my hair will fall out or break off
I honestly wouldn’t suggest this for any hair if you don’t plan to do what’s necessary to take care of colored hair !
Especially if it’s relaxed because it’s already processed.
So meaning if you aren’t deep conditioning hot oil treatments protective styles vs heat making sure it’s moisturized all of that or else yes it is very easy to fall right out and break off so if you are consistent with it then yes please do it
There’s bleach in that hair colour, the title of this video is a tad bit misleading.

Yes I did I measured it according to the box
