The research development and evolution of your products is impressive but The barracuda will have to be something special for me to give up my everyday carry Clinch pick.
The modularity is giving me strong Spyderco Reverse vibes, and seeing as i a) regret selling mine, b) never thought the concept was fully explored, am excited about the idea.
Will you make an Omni sheath for the Barracuda? Looks as if it will work in both directions like the El Niño knife. The El Niño has been my go to carry knife since I’ve gotten it
Your link tree got taken down. I was interested in seeing more from you guys when I saw that. Who's the presenter? I've seen him before in a couple places.
Neat designs and evolution but allow me to make one observation / suggestion which would be to (if possible) make it such the scales can be switched between "blade up" and "blade down" as well as having a set of scales available which were molded such that they provided a thumb stop for those concerned that in the heat of the moment, a harder object might be encountered (such as a leather belt or belt buckle) and might cause your hand to slide up onto the blade. This is best avoided, I think. I understand that it would increase the mass and profile a tad but I think it would be worth it to avoid would could be a disastrous injury to self.
@warlantactical I think it would be a good option for sure. Would be cool to be able to buy the blade alone & have option to make your own custom scales
These diminutive knives may be great for a get off me, extremely close range/grappling role but they are woefully inadequate in a primary self defense role.
@@John5.56 ok lets here your thoughts on a tool built for police that is built around fighting that allows you to perfectly have it in your hand to punch with that you can not see and is extremely tough and is contoured to also control a persons movement as well as great rescue tool for webbing or rope based confined space work
@@warlantactical The TDI is an excellent little tool. My only point was it could be argued if it’s the “best”. What you consider the best comes down to your personal experiences your knowledge and your training. People have different experiences and training so they often have differing opinions on what’s “best” for a certain task. I suppose to each their own, use what you’re most competent and comfortable with.
Ah, no thanks… and the blades are made in China as well. And I was about to buy, but this is like dating or marrying a women with tats. I think my TOPS can probably suffice.
I’ll give you a thumbs up even though youre driving a literal dumpster fire
Right
an art deco dumpster fire!
Hey... I watched it eat up 9mm mag dumps? Driving in Chicago? Yes please. Immune to the glock switch.
Thin scales sound nice. It seems very chunky. Not a fan of rings though. Would rather love to see some scales that add a bit of a finger guard.
Finally, somebody who understands knives for self defense scenarios. I'll be picking a couple of these up soon.
Love the thought behind this
I always see Cybertruck as a Waste Management Dumpster with 4 wheels.
@@hueman9 haha our opinion was a DeLorean that ate too many twinkies
Clinch Pick is the best.

Been thinking of selling my Reverse lately but now you’re giving me second thoughts 😂
If you make scales with a ring, could you make it large enough to easily fit hands wearing duty gloves?
Do a thin scale Evio too. Great knife. It would be a sweet minimal carry with the thin scales and pocket sheath.
Digging the knife and the cyber truck
I would love to see this with a ring for poket carry.
Great knife! Would love to see it with thinner scales with no ring.
Interesting, thanks

Love it and have both sheaths
@ so where can I get the Omni sheath for the barracuda? Because I haven’t seen it anywhere

I thought he came out of a stainless steel Waste Management dumpster.
carry horizontal up front tops scalpel 2.0 fixed
hate to be critical , but I never got a good look at the knife. need to slow down and do some close ups.
Why does it look like a prison sheev knife.the first one.
I'm no knife expert but winters are harsh where I live and some of these blades look too small...just like that cybertruck ain't a real truck.
lol sorry hands down great chill 3 inch blade 4 inch handle tops street scalpel 2 fckin wicked 3/16
How did you settle on the sub 3" blade length for the barracuda?
What type of steel are you using?
The tip looks really thin, and the possibility of breaking.
Definitely thin tip will break
Don't use it for a prybar or even as a pocket knife. This is a defensive tool only.
@@Ironsight_Army correct defensive tool are made to make holes and into body armor
Tanto profile is best for this

Finally a cheaper alternative to the Amtac Northman.

Ulti clips fail the screws loosing its annoying
The scales can be changed / switched to the knife cam be "blade up" or "blade down" go back & watch the video starting around 3:40
@@Ironsight_Army That's great, I must have missed it. More important to me is the thumb guard issue.
@@Ironsight_Army there are no finger guard or stops either

made where? and what steel?
Designed in the USA
Handcrafted in China 🤦
@@elguapo2831you can always buy a Ban Tang custom one from their website too, made in the USA. Just not for $150
Definitely would love to see this with a ring!
Since u drive a tesla ill go ahead and purchase one of each knife
Amazing knives, however please can you do prolonged close ups, and reduce the over-editing of the videos, too many cuts (no pun intended)

It is so you can deploy your gun
If your fighting with a knife your doing it wrong brother.
are they made in china?
Bad ass man, drives a cyber truck! Still a bad ass
TDI is a great option as well for defense and control
Ehhhh that’s debatable. Obviously this topic is 100% subjective but still, debatable.
