    Exercising is always great! I always found that exercising, even if it's only 30 minutes a day, definitely helped my depression. It made me feel better about myself because I'm treating my body well.

      Can’t say it’s done as much for my depression, but it’s been great for my anxiety. But it has recently anyway been a bit helpful in making me feel more confident in myself, so yeah! 😄
