After all the years of being unable to marry (due to a vicious last will by prince Gustav's Nazi grandfather) it so heartwarming to see Prince Gustav, his lovely wife now being married and parents of 2 children.

I've been following the story of Prince Gustav and Princess Carina since the first time she was photographed alongside The Prince and his family at the wedding of Prince Philip of Hesse and Miss Laetitia Bechtolf in June 2006.
Prince Gustav and Princess Carina's story is quite fascinating with so many ups and downs, but in the end love conquered all. I'm really happy for them.
I'm trying my best to learn the names and connections between many Royals that I never knew before finding this Channel. It's certainly been an eye opener. Congratulations to those young women who managed to sail around the world and take on the great Capes and Southern Ocean! What a challenge that would have been. Love seeing the Prince and Princess of Wales together, whether the photo is older or recent. They are so genuine and I wish them a wonderful anniversary. Still praying for Princess Catherine to have a speedy recovery. I had to laugh at the little cars they crammed into at the Dairy Farm so that they wouldn't have to actually smell the cattle or interact. Alexandra, I adore eating noodles of all types too! Udon, Singapore, Hokkien, Rice etc. Now, I'm feeling hungry! See you tomorrow.🇦🇺💖👩🏼🎨
Alexandra, thanks so much for showing us the pictures of the maiden crews!! That was really special for me. I had never heard of the story before, but when the film "Maiden" came out, I was blown away! It is such an impressive story. I started giving the movie to all my friends 😊
I think that one of the great heroes of the story is the current king of Jordan's father. The former king of Jordan 🇯🇴. It was impressive to me that he supported the women when no one else would ❤

Thank you Alexandra. What a busy start to the week. Happy 17th birthday to Infants Sofia. I didn’t realise that Infanta Sofia and Princess Isabella were so close in age. Lovely to see Queen Camilla looking well and happy - congratulations to the yachting team - great achievement. Prince Abdul Mateen is the fourth son of the Sultan of Brunei- it is interesting that he seems to be the one who accompanies his father on many of the Sultan’s international business trips. 🇦🇺

We had alot of Royal Birthdays this year, There's Prince Louis of Wales, The King of Belgium and Grand Duke of Luxemburg, King Wilhelm Alexander of The Netherlands, and Queen Margarethe of Denmark. God bless them all. Princess Benedikte being 80 years old is a true blessing.

I can answer some of these questions for you.
Princess Carina is in her 50s now. This is probably why she has chosen to use a surrogate. She has been partners with Prince Gustav since 2006, but they were forbidden to marry. Because of a clause in his grandfather's will, he could not marry a commoner or he would lose everything.
They are Prince and Princess and not King and Queen because they preside over a principality and not a nation. It is the same thing as with Prince Albert of Monaco. He is a prince and not a king.
Prince Gustav and Princess Carina are close friends with King Frederick and Queen Mary of Denmark. It's natural considering that King Frederick and Prince Gustav are 1st cousins.
Infanta is a title given to the daughter of a monarch of Spain. Only the daughter that is in line to inherit the throne is a princess. Sophia will not inherit the throne, so she is infanta Sophia. Not Princess Sophia.
Ps. I quite liked Queen Matilde's dress. I thought she looked lovely, and I liked the uniqueness of the print.

Happy anniversary to TRH the Prince and Princess of Wales. I woke up and proceeded to watch their wedding over and over again the whole weekend it was on in 2011.
At one point, my mom ( who was pregnant with me when Charles and Diana got married, I'm a month younger than HRH Princess of Wales but I digress) came in room to get clothes to wash and saw I had the wedding on ( as background noise while I was on my laptop it was one of the rebroadcasts on TLC) if I was watching the wedding again. I did the same when the Duke and Duchess of Sussex got married after I called my brother and wished him a happy birthday since they married on his birthday ( sadly my mom had been gone 2 yrs by that time) .

However, I will say that I find it interesting that Vach, within the past week and a half, opened a school for the Blind, was a guest lecturer for an administrative law class at Chulalongkorn University, presented scholarships to students attending the Wat Don Kai Tia School in Phetchaburi, and met with representatives from the Red Cross to name a few.
Meanwhile, his Dad was lighting candles and incense at the Temple of the Emerald Buddha in Bangkok.
Vach, in a short amount of time, has participated in more events than his father has ever had in four years.🙂

The Prince wore the Irish Guards uniform with the red jacket at his wedding. Later that day he changed to the uniform of the Blues and Royals Regiment with a black jacket. So, not "fake." And to be perfectly blunt, the manufactured "scandal" about the Princess of Wales photographs was just that...The Princess is not a journalist or journalistic photographer and should not be held to that standard. She employed editing techniques many of us use to improve our amateur photographs. And just so you know, almost every professional photograph of a public figure has been edited to improve the image's appearance. Moreover, it's been a standard practice since the late 19th century.
