I've never seen him,but every time 4 or 5 of us men pass one around ,he is always brought up . 50 years pen!!! For 2 weak ass 3% thc joints. It was his 9th day selling.sad

Some people are in prison for life for selling weed while some people have weed stores and it’s legal. This just shows how the legal system is broken. It’s legal as long you file taxes and the government get its cut.

Well, it's not about nationwide legalization. Its more of a federal, versus state, versus local governments issues. States that have legalized ot, still fight the federal rulings. Certain local governments such as counties and cities have their own laws on dispensaries and cultivation centers. For example, in lakewood washington, the city said no to dispensaries, but a few moments away you're across the county line and the county, not city legalized it there. And every state is completely different.
