The effects of the keys are permanent. On which one to max,definitely the scrolls one.You will not regret it.You won't even need to grind for them ever again because you'll be getting about 90 scrolls per size and colour,I maxed it out and I hardly clear those quests.So Definitely the scrolls one in my opinion.

The effect is permanent.As long as you use 5 soul tickets everyday,you will collect those rewards.
