    I do altered calf raises ( stand up onto your pinky toes instead of all your toes) and they help strengthen knee stabilizers and lift your arches. Over the past 2 years I've actually developed a bit of an arch in my foot that I didn't have before, and the exercise is a life saver too when my knees swell from a full day of work

    Ouu this is perfect! I have flat feet and fallen arches. 🏃🏾‍♀️4 those👟 Anything to help relieve the pain will help. Cause honestly, I'm not diligent enough to keep up with the daily foot exercises.🤷🏾‍♀️

    I limped for a year until I got foot stabilizers to sleep in (Amazon) and Kuru shoes. Did massage ball during the day. PF pain is so debilitating!

    Yep. Overpronated my whole life. Last year I taught myself how to move better and transitioned to barefoot shoes. I haven't worn regular shoes since, and my joints don't hurt anymore. I still have a long way to go, my balance is especially bad, but there's no way I'm going back now. 💪🦶

    I have the same problem…flat feet…have you tried the towel toe scrunch exercises too? Helps a lot

    I have those exact same ones but ive only had them about a week so i cant say how good they are or aren't until ive worn them much longer

    Barefoot choes change everything you do. Squatting to retrieve things on the floor is easier, which is better for your back, that's just one.

    If you cannot afford Vivo’s (and I think they’re way overpriced) there are plenty of barefoot minimalist style dupes of overpriced brands on Amazon or other sites. (Temu will sell your info, even financial info so don’t use them.)
