Great video. new to vs code and python, here. Do you suggest installing all those 10 extensions or shall we choose one of kite or tabnine for less clutter or would installing all conflict in functioning?

First you don't need to install all these 10 extensions because most of them are just to give you a better code experience but if you want to work with python you should install python extension. About your second question I don't think would be any conflict.
