The Last Dance at The Borderline Bar & Gril

The Borderline Bar & Grill opened in 1992 after being in Malibu. Dancing across from Zuma Beach was absolutely amazing. The move to Thousand Oaks was out of this world! The crowds were amazing. The Friday Tush Push Midnight Line Dance Contest was completely packed! I started there in 1992 with Jenny Wetzel teaching Saturday & Sunday Dance workshops that were packed. That expanded for me into a rotating Wednesday, Monday & Tuesday West Coast Swing night. Right time, right place! Very sad to see it go. It's an end to an era, but something else will come!
