you should do a ENTIRE video of balance a mobile phone, not just "go and watch the mirroless camera" ....
better askt to the people or users, this company does not answer about themes that are not confortable to answer!
I can answer:
First lock all axes, this will prevent confusion.
Then, unlock the tilt axis, point the camera upwards and unlock the red thingy that helps move the camera, move the camera untill the phone stays reletaively still and pointing upwards, then close the red thingy and if the phone stays up, move to a heavier camera or just unlock the red thingy and point it down, thats what i do on a gopro.
Then, lock the tilt axis and unlock roll axis, make sure camera is not left or right heavy. if it is left/ right heavy, unlock red thingy and move the gimbal untill it droops down when you move the phone facing left or right.
Lock roll axis and unlock pan axis, then tilt the handle side ways. Make sure camera is not left or right heavy. if it is left/ right heavy, move the gimbal untill it droops down when you move the phone facing left or right. Then close the red thingy and unlock all axes.

@@HuyTran-r7j i have to return the MT2 because the engines came burn out, so much sound, can't stabilize anything. i bought the M6, so far no problem with that gimbal, but this one was a pain in the ass.

Tried many times. Keeps vibrating and throws error 03. Opened a warranty claim.

This is terrible, just a clip from the full video that also does not show how to balance an iPhone. Weak.
The most of questions of users that have invested in your product dont get answers from you, me either and by the way, I dont need answers anymore because I will never give money to companies with such poor communication skills to buyers, NEVER. These terrible communication skills from this company must be well known in all social media to advice the future buyers, to be aware for problems after you buy and then to face tech problems that they will not be interested to help or to answer! As we say in Germany with these type of companies FINGER WEG! Terrible!

Probably a good idea, what I hate from these type of companies is, they do not understand the importance of having a good communication with the people that invest in its products, since a long time I am trying to get to know about things they never answered. I will never buy things from such behaving companies! I gove up!

I cannot get my iPhone to balance while point up. This is the first step and my phone won’t do it. You guys need to make a video for phones. There’s only 2 things to adjustment and I can’t get this thing balanced

Do you still get bluetooth start and stop control of the iPhone?
I have balanced this thing correctly for my smartphone and it just shakes violently in pov mode. And then when I leave it on the table it’ll just randomly start vibrating. I need this fixed or returned

intead of watching a morrorless camera, try to balance so that the motorsare in the correct position, even when the gimbal is turned off.

How do you get the bracket off? It came connect on mine. This is super frustrating. You guys need much better instructions. 😅 In a day or two I might just give up and return this thing because I can’t figure out how to use it.

you can try pressing the safety lock which looks like a small black button. Im not exactly sure if it works....
