I made the same mistake. I had a second thought while answering that. The woman said she had 'full annual scholarship', there was no mention of the 'acadamic' part, which was asked in the question.

Because the information was inaccurate
It’s not that there was no discussion about it like the 15 question
So the answer of question 14 is B
( as he work as cook and it is written that he works as waiter )
