Last week friday I attended a walk-in drive in one company and I answered 6 out of 7 programming questions correct and qualified for 2nd round. I need to answer 5 in order to clear the 1st round. During the 2nd round, Sir didn't take any interview, he just asked few basic questions and asked me to come on monday with Laptop. Till now I didn't hear from HR, if I ask her she is telling that Sir is on leave. Those 6 programming problems are correct without a doubt and I can even write multiple logics for those problems, even I know the 7th one but time was not sufficient. I observed that they are kind of recommending candidates. If they don't want to hire me, I don't know why they called me, atleast they should reject me conducting a complex 2nd round. Generally it shouldn't take this much time to evaluate a person, anyhow I will wait till HR responds believing what she said.
Bro, I've programming language skills like python, frontend web development, Javascript, sql, and core java. And I've applied many companies. None of them didn't give me 1st round link. Should I go in to a company by backdoor without mentioning the experience and by only highlighting my skills?

If you are a fresher, pick a technology, learn it and start doing some projects on that technology. If you complete few projects you can put those projects in resume and start applying. You might get calls rarely/slowly. At the same time develop your problem solving and logical skills solving aptitude and programming questions. You can start solving easy programming problems and then slowly you will be able solve medium level and hard programming problems.
