@YatraOfficial Hi Yatra team, I am facing issue with my international flight ticket. Where luggage option is not provided. I strongly believe it's due to technical issue with the app. As the luggage 0 option is showing randomly. Due to which I had to travel with 0 luggage policy. I am having snaps and video proofs of the luggage option is missing. But yatra technical team is saying, it's my fault and I had to travel with zero luggage. Can someone assist on this ASAP as my travel commences in couple of days.
