Use first stan and then as soon as possible toss. Enemy will get damage from stan and stones of your stan will countinue for 1 or 1,5 second. You must toss your enemy on your stan, then there will be 2 times damage from your stan + toss. Shortly: use dagger, press fast 1 and 2 ability. That's all.

Gives up first blood, has a killing spree before 5 min mark, and 9 kills by 11 min mark. Can't you just play Dota like a normal human?
