Just to be clear I’m definitely not triggered by your diet, really glad you found something that works for you. I was a professional pole vaulter until the age of 31 and I had my absolute best year after going vegan. I’m 36 now, I mountain bike about 30 miles three times a week, I can still squat 300 pounds and bench 250 pounds easily, I’m 511 got no problem Dunking a basketball. If you would ever be interested in going back to a plant based diet the key thing to think about is you only get vitamin B from animal products but what people don’t think about it that you only get creatine from beef or salmon And creatine is extremely important to your first energy system of ATP and creatine phosphate ,So as an athlete you’ll feel terrible if you don’t supplement those two things. If you do supplement those two things though the plant based diet and the energy levels it gives you are like nothing else I’ve ever experienced from any other diet, The best part is you don’t have to contribute to animal suffering but I don’t judge anybody if that’s what they choose. Just wanted to throw that out there thanks, Also the rift is my absolute favorite desk I throw about 500 feet and for stand-up hyzers and straight shots through the woods I like it much better than the Buzz!
I love my Rifts. The only mid you’ll ever need.
