When editing the frequencies, try limiting your resonance; at parts like 0:49 you can start to hear the audio getting bitcrushed from overcompression and high emphasis to just humming alone. Try layering the kick slightly more to give a bit more bounce but the sound level is just about right. The melody is mainly if not completely on key, it's just mastering the level of audio coming in from each channel which needs to be tamed but at the same decible ratio.

Alright, I’ll try to limit the resonance more next time. I think I over did it with the compression so I’ll tread more lightly.
With the kick sample I used I couldn’t do my usual method to make the kick have that little “pump” feel with the peak controller effect I use which works as a side chain because it kept glitching (I think it’s because the waveform wasn’t smooth on that one and the dB controller glitched out as it played) so I just said forget it since I didn’t want to use a different sample. I could try using my method (if it doesn’t glitch out again) with your suggestion together since I don’t really layer my kicks.
