Do evolution Winnipeg style progressions, you'll eventually have a top speed cork screw 2 leg glide from your own blue to the far cross hash faceoffs in 3.00secs or 2.8x, 2.6x whatever....some guys can skate there straightforward strides, and crossovers through that zone with or without puck on a 5/8 not sharpened for months, and they're doing all 3 routes within same session...not saying they shouldn't get down to those ground level arcs, if you go 1 lace down like McDavid they're still getting ankle and knee articulation, without totally going loose day to day....some guys only have good ice access unfiltered to do there own things, 3or 4x per week, so maybe only do 1x circuit style session per week of those
@@hockeyhacks2.0 yea we just reverse engineered there butterfly progressions on ice...then hybrid top speeded it with a wall drill 3 things, go around circle do things 5 and 6 back to the end you started
@@hockeyhacks2.0 dryland Kegel activations, we do step lunges or Dan Pfaff side step lunges at 1 foot space less than your basic personal Kegel width...your forward lunge dryland would be step length same as that side lunge also for 5 -8 per leg...it's just activation session it's 2 sets each of those x 3 exercises...session is done at 15min mark
Sucks to hear about your drive. Highlights the importance of backing up in the cloud. Hope you can resolve it soon. Have you tried the freezer trick? Putting your drive in the freezer somehow often allows it to become readable so you can at least salvage some content of it. Good luck Mason, we appreciate your hard work!
