He checked the cuttings after 3 weeks, and then let them stay in bag another 10 days. Hope this helps.

You can buy it online or collect from local nursery or plant material shops near your place. I recommend buying from local shops, basically these are way cheap there. Jasmine cuttings will root without rooting hormones but you've to maintain right temperature & humidity.

I saw another video where someone wrapped the bottom of stem with banana peel instead of the hormone powder. I have not tried this yet!
