Tupac was so much more than a rapper: he was a poet, an activist, a change maker. This hard “thug” was so empathetic- that’s a rare and beautiful gift. He was simply brilliant. Thanks for doing this one ❤️

Tupac was different man...its a DEEP rabbit hole, well worth going down, but dont just stop at his biggest hits...Tupac, by the age of 25 (when he died) had one of the most extensive catalogues you will ever find...there are literally hundreds of songs you could react to so i won't waste ur time making recommendations...very much a poet, like you said, but soooo much more...Tupac was a genius, a prodigy, and a revolutionary...I firmly believe the world would be far different if Tupac were still alive, because he was gonna change it

LOVE THIS REVIEW…Tupac grew up very hard/poor ..but when he got his first check he put his mom in a 12 step drug treatment in Connecticut..with the rest of his money he put himself in a school for literature and poet in Baltimore…you hit the nail on the head..writing was his specialty..even his songs where he’s angry and really rapping, WAS POETIC..GRET REVIEW.

Nice reaction. The more you'll dig into Tupac discography and learn about his life, the more you'll understand why so many people say he is the GOAT.
I wouldn't recommend reacting to "Hit Em Up" now since it's a diss track and it requires some knowledge about what happened to him. To start I would rather recommend powerful songs like "Changes", "So Many Tears", "Keep Ya Head Up", "Brenda's Got A Baby" or "Resist The Temptation".

I wish he was still here to see all these people reacting to his music and being touched in such a way. He wouldn't care much for the state rap was in today , in fact he would probably have a lot of choice words for it but I think this , what you and others are doing would make him feel like his purpose was accomplished.
If he's out there looking down ; he's smiling from all the current generations of people that are discovering him and are being touched by his music and learn something valuable from it.

@@SalvoG "so many tears" would be a good one to react to. A favorite of many. The lyrics are very personal to him as always and many claim it sounds as if he was predicting his own death in this song. Hope to see it on the channel soon. I've already subbed and everything. Thanks for the content.
PS: if you're just looking to listen to 2pac in your own time then just go listen to his album "all eyez on me". his catalog is huge but that's his best album imo.

Pac was the only rapper i ever cared to listen to. My daughter introduced me to him. I was hooked from that moment one. awesome reaction. Did you hear about the rose that grew
from a crack in the concrete?
Proving nature's law is wrong it
learned to walk with out having feet.
Funny it seems, but by keeping its dreams,

Long live the rose that grew from concrete

Sometimes I believe the world has become this wild because we no longer have artists like 2pac. Artists who tell it straight like it is. Not having one of the parents or both parents doesn't justify bad behaviour and all other wrong doings that people do with no remorse and effort to change. No accountability at all.
