Q*bert was originally an arcade video game developed and published by Gottlieb in 1982. It uses "isometric" graphics to create a pseudo-3D effect. The goal of the game is to color all the squares the designated color by stepping on them, while avoiding any enemies that come your way.
Originally made in 2008, watch as unagi ( tasvideos.org/... ) quickly blazes through this puzzle game, coloring all squares while getting some unexpected help from a certain little bugger.

I always thought that Q*Bert was another score attack game without a proper ending. That’s the second most amazing thing about this video. The most amazing is figuring out the most efficient patterns considering all the madness of the later stages.

The author claimed to have discovered the jump through enemies glitch. Actually they seem to have only discovered jumping through Coily. Going through (for example) Ugg and Wrong-Way was already known in (at least) the arcade, Atari 5200 and NES versions. It's not at all dissimilar to Pac-Man or Ms. Pac-Man running through a ghost, which happens in the arcade and many ports.
That said, this is a really good run! It seems to go back six years before publication, which means it hasn't been bettered in 14 years!

All this is missing is the doo-wop sounds of a '50s sock hop.
