Im amazed in 3i, a mid-low budget phone actually can keep up with the God of Smartphones in terms of camera performance. Im not saying 3i was better but for that price what can you ask for?... maybe more video stabilization 😂

I think for photo's the Huawei but not for footage, but for me i don't use my camera for footage, and watched a speed test on the Huawei against s7 and unless you play games the s7 aint no faster . Huawei for me next i think and i use the s7 at min

In just weeks I can say say Im not satisfied, even after getting the Pie update(which gives some improvements). Window animations and transitions are not so smooth. But yeah, for the price, Nova 3i can do the job, has better price/performance/design ratio in my opinion
Alex Coroza Honestly it’s not worth “upgrading” from a full-fledged flagship to a cheap midrange device. I would just buy a pocophone f1 because it costs only $300, and it has a better processor than the S8 and the nova 3i.

I also considered pocophone f1 because it has flagship internals, but I dont really like pocophone's design. It has big chin(bottom bezel), and not having a glass back. So without thinking, I picked nova 3i mainly because of its premium look and build. (Then I regret that decision just after weeks, thinking I should have bought the pocophone instead hahaha)

Yes. Note 9 records 4 secs motion and slows it to 15 seconds. 2 secs motion becomes 10 seconds super slow motion with higher quality. While nova 3i super slomo makes only 10 seconds with distorted images. It's 4x slomo records normal video and slows it 4x but still has poor quality. Huawie needs to improve this on their next upgrade
i mean a cheaper phone compared to a much more expensive phone i feel like the cheaper is better there is not much difference btw the cheaper and expensive ones the only problem with the 3i is video stabilization apart from that the camera and all doesnt have much difference
Let's just say Samsung got destroyed by a $300 phone going up against a $1000 phone. Everything about the 3i's camera is amazing! but it not having image stabilisation and the slo-mo not having the best quality does bring it down a bit. other than that it's a great phone!

I recorded slowmo more than 20 times. The results are all the same with nova 3i. It was recorded at the same time, same ligthting. It just can't keep with samsung flagship. Slowmo in nova needs improvment.

No, that's not nova 3i slow motion, i'm sure of it. Nova 3i has only two modes 16x (480fps) and 4x(120fps). NO 240fps. Maybe he recorded a video and use a software to get the 240fps slow motion. Still it can't be so smooth like that. 16x only records 10 seconds video while 4x can record longer video but not too slow. Also read the comments on that video, many says it's misleading and was re-uploaded many times. The first time I watch it, I can tell it's not nova 3i.
