The disconnect is that todays understanding of Allah's nature is heavily influenced by schools of thought outside of islam like Hellenism. Today's understanding comes from Al Ghazali and not Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). "The People of the Book" means "the People of al-Kitaab (الْكِتٰبِ)" al-Kitaab means "the Book" and is another name for al-Qu'ran. Electricity is a divine mysterious force. What is being said here is that Allah is all powerful and that energy, which is neither created nor destroyed but only changes form, is the Power and Spirit of Allah. One may say, "but Allah created power, energy, electricity..." but like Allah, no one knows it's origin because it is Allah and of Allah and it is in man. If you say that Allah created power, energy, electricity... you are saying that there was a time when Allah didn't have power. Allah is All Powerful. How could Allah create power if He has no power to start with. For Him to exist before power would mean that He was powerless before creating power. Power is energy. Electricity is power. This is not child's play. Allah Himself is doing the teaching today.
Let's go deeper. Like energy, matter is neither created nor destroyed, it too only changes form. Matter is made up of atoms. Atoms are imbued with energy. The Power of Allah is in the atom. Now, study the types of atoms. There's a hydrogen atom, a gold atom, an oxygen atom and so forth. When you breathe in air you are breathing in atoms of life. Everything that exists is created from the Devine Power or Energy of Allah. Electricity carries information. Just look at your TV, computers, cell phones and what not. You are correct! Especially since the belief in Allah having a physical human form was widely accepted in the time of Prophet Muhammad and is supported by Hadith and The Holy Quran. The disconnect is that todays understanding of Allah's nature is heavily influenced by schools of thought outside of islam like Hellenism. Today's understanding comes from Al Ghazali and not Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Hadith 43:Ibn Abbas reported that the Prophet said: My Lord came to me in the best form, whilst I was asleep, and said: O Muhammad, do you know what the angelic assembly is disputing about? I said: I do not! Then Allah placed His Hand between my shoulders until I felt Its coolness in my chest and I became aware of what was happening in Heaven and on earth... [Al-Tirmidhi] (pp. 82-83). There are plenty of proofs both in The Quran and Hadith as well as Islamic History

No exegete in 1400 years of Islamic scholarship interpreted the end of that ayah and similar ayahs to ever mean that Allah for example can come to this planet in the form of a man and this is a conclusion every self-reflecting Christian or NOI member understands subconsciously but doesn't want to come to terms with (for whatever reason).

Muhammad SAW foretold of 73 sects of deviation from the Ummah (Nation) of Islam coming three generations after him and not being of him. Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala says to Muhammad and the Nation of Islam:

"You are the best nation produced for man. You enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong and believe in Allah. If only the People of the Book had believed, it would have been better for them. Among them are believers, but most of them are defiantly disobedient." - Qur'an 3:110
"The People of the Book" means "the People of al-Kitaab (الْكِتٰبِ)" al-Kitaab means "the Book" and is another name for al-Qu'ran. Here we are clearly told that the "Muslims" would become divided by sects; Wahabi, Sufi, Sunni, Shi'a, and so on with some of these sects overlapping each other. What confusion!!! Allah established only one Ummah (Nation) of Islam. This is why al-Mahdi re-established the Nation of Islam by name.

Allah SWT is the INNERMOST ONE or al-Baatin (ٱلْبَاطِنُ): The Hidden One, the Secret One, the Inner One, the Intimate One. Allah SWT is the Hidden One within. He is immanent, operating within all of His creation. He is the secret inner companion. This is why He says that He is closer to us than our jugular veins. The jugular is inside of man and woman.
Allah (SWT) is also AZ-ZAHIR (سُبْحَٰنَهُۥ): The Manifest, the Conspicuous, the Evident, the Outward. His very essence and attributes are made manifest through all His creation. Ali Dawah doesn't seem to be very familiar with these two attributes from the 99 names of Allah SWT. 🤷🏿♂️

Electricity is a divine mysterious force. What is being said here is that Allah is all powerful and that energy, which is neither created nor destroyed but only changes form, is the Power and Spirit of Allah. There is a hadith in Tirmidhi that reports Muhammad (SAW) as saying that he saw his Lord as a young curly haired man.

The answer to the question is that Allah's words are in the Bible and there is much to quote from His words. The Qur'an itself orders you to believe in what was given to Moses, Jesus and the rest of the prophets. It doesn't say throw it away. The Qur'an is our guide to the truth of the Bible.
