We know Willow has endured psychological and physical abuse from a cult leader. Harmony drugged Willow during her DOD initiation with three other women. Willow escaped the cult and gave birth to the child of the man who abused her. Gave birth with no family support, afterwards gave up her child for adoption to protect him. Had to endure the devastating loss of her child. In addition, it took years for Harmony to finally break free from the cult leader. As per an episode several weeks ago Willow stated Harmony was finally a mother to her (paraphrasing) .
