If you're going to talk about the CFL America experiment, might I recommend the book "End Zones and Border Wars" by Ed Willes. It'll give you some hilarious anecdotes.

I liked the older gold alternates for Winnipeg but the one they used as the road jersey before the current jerseys was pretty bad and extra dumb because it replaced the white instead of being an alt.
Toronto had had a majority good looking uniform IMHO. I really enjoy your content and look forward to more!

I love how teams do stuff like:
“What’s our team name?”
“Blue Bombers.”
“Let’s go with all gold, but two different shades of it.”
“Makes perfect sense!”

I’m gonna have to disagree with you about the Bombers choice as bad as the gold uniforms are they are not anywhere close to the trash Camo uniforms from 2014. Those were not only the worst bomber uniforms might be the worst football uniforms of all time.

The Montreal black jerseys kinda remind me of the Bills home jerseys from the Reebok era

I think the entire cfl uniform change from the 80's and 90's has really gone down hill. Too busy, weird colors etc. Especially BC, Calgary and Toronto.
So I get and somewhat agree with your take on the gray trend, but have you seen UConn's grays? They're super sleek imo
The sad thing about Edmonton: they intentionally and publicly shortlisted all nickname candidates to E- names so they wouldn’t have to change their double-E logo, but then decided to rip off the South African rugby team anyways
as a rugby fan not once have I thought gee those guys look like Springbok wannabes....

What’s there not to understand? And even then, that doesn’t change my views on jerseys that are Dijon mustard pretending to be gold.
@@WindyCityLeague We are Blue and Gold. The Gold is our identity as a team getting rid of gold for the bombers is like getting rid of the Yellow in the Packers Uniforms or the Blue in the Cowboys and btw everyone in Winnipeg was pissed when our alternate jerseys were not gold.
Okay, the Blue Bombers still have plenty of gold in their other jerseys so I don’t know how the team getting rid of their gold jerseys is on the same level as Green Bay getting rid of yellow (btw ever notice that they’ve never worn yellow jerseys? There’s a reason). If they made a decent gold jersey then I wouldn’t have put it on the list but they didn’t. Gold was never meant to be the main color of a jersey.
