I forgot to talk about this in the video, but I'm so proud of how far Preston has come in his food journey. He used to be super picky and would refuse to eat, but he's such an amazing eater now! Love to see your vlog again😄, my mother is a TCM doctor. She advised me Japanese yam. It’s very good for the kid to increase their immune system. My son keeps eating it every day for a year now and barely catch a cold. Wish your kids all healthy and happy always.

I'm using the same collagen powder ! but i read some where that high heat actually deactivates the powder since it is a protein component afterall. just want to mention so you can do your own research
